When and where is the wedding?
We’ll be getting married at Huntsham Court Country House, Huntsham, Tiverton, EX16 7NA on Saturday 1st of August 2026.
The ceremony will take place at midday at the beautiful All Saints Church, which is located within the Huntsham grounds. Afterwards, we’ll return to the Country House for drinks, our wedding breakfast, and an evening of celebrations.
What time should I arrive?
Please arrive in good time for the ceremony, which will begin promptly at midday.
Parking is available at Huntsham Court Country House - from there, it’s a short (approx. 2-minute) walk down to All Saints Church.
Tiverton Parkway Station (1hr 57min train from London Paddington) is 6.5 miles (20 min drive) from the venue.
Please make arrangements to depart from Huntsham Court at midnight. More information on travel and taxis can be found on the venue website.
What is the dress code?
We’ll be dressing up for the day! The groom and groomsmen will be in morning suits, and guests are encouraged to wear morning dress too if they’d like - though there’s absolutely no pressure to do so or to buy anything new.
For ladies, we’d love floor-length or midi dresses, or elegant maxi styles if you have them. Please avoid delphinium/cornflower blue shades (and white, of course!).
In general, suits, jackets and ties, and smart summery daywear are all perfect. Most importantly, wear something you feel comfortable, cool, and ready to party in!
Can I bring a plus-one?
Sorry, we’re already at capacity!
Can dietary requirements be accommodated?
Absolutely. Please WhatsApp us with any allergies or dietary requirements.
Is the ceremony indoors or outdoors?
Our hope is to make use of the glorious grounds at various points throughout the day, but we’re no strangers to unpredictable British weather! Please dress for a summer wedding, but bring some backup layers just in case.
What about gifts?
Your presence is truly our present. We’re really just grateful for you making the effort to be there!
Who should I contact with questions?
If you have any questions not covered here, feel free to WhatsApp either of us.
The following information is for those guests who we’ve coordinated with to stay onsite with us for the weekend.
What time should I arrive and depart?
If you’re staying onsite, please arrive at Huntsham Court on Friday 31st July from 4pm onwards - your room will be made up ready for you.
Checkout will be by 11am on Monday 3rd August.
What should I bring?
The rooms will come equipped with the essentials (linens, towels, shampoo etc.), though it’s worth noting that there are no hairdryers onsite, and only 3 irons to go round, so please bring anything else that you think you’ll need. It’s also worth bringing comfy shoes for Sunday, and leisurewear if you think you’d like to make the most of Huntsham’s tennis courts and gorgeous countryside surroundings!
Who am I staying with?
We should have confirmed room arrangements with you already but, if you have any questions about sharing or room options, just drop either of us a WhatsApp.
What time do events start and finish?
We’ll share a more detailed schedule closer to the weekend, but everything is designed to be relaxed and unhurried. All events will take place onsite, so there’s no need to organise transport once you’ve arrived.
Will food and drinks be provided?
Yes - we’ll be providing all food and drinks throughout the weekend.
There will also be a Butler’s Pantry where you can help yourself to snacks and tea and coffee all weekend, outside of main meals. Feel free to bring any extra food or drink that you’d like - there is plenty of extra storage and fridge space to go round.
Do I need to stay all weekend?
As we’ve booked exclusive use of the venue from Friday to Monday, rooms are reserved for the full weekend. This means that accommodation must be booked for all three nights, even if you’re only able to join us for part of the celebrations.
That said, you’re very welcome to come for as much or as little of the weekend as suits you - we completely understand that not everyone can stay for the whole time.
Can I bring my dog?
Huntsham Court is dog-friendly, though we don’t recommend bringing dogs if you’re staying in the main house. We also kindly ask (though we love them) that pets don’t attend any of the wedding day events themselves.
If you have any dog-related questions, just message us!
